This three bedroom villa is part of the cluster of eight Merlin Bay villas. It has its own plunge pool and there is also a large central pool shared by all residents and with access to the secluded beach which is reached by steps from the pool deck.
The entrance, living room, dining room and the dining terrace which has sea views are on the main level. Located on the upper level, the master bedroom has a wonderful sitting terrace with views of the Caribbean Sea. Bedroom No 2 is filled with the tropical cool breezes and the aromatic scents of the surrounding gardens. Bedroom No 3 features a beautiful king size bed and there are wonderful sea views.
From the main sun deck, steps lead to the secluded beach directly in front of Merlin Bay where there is a beach and sea for swimming and snorkeling.

Air-conditioned, with a king size bed and is on the upper level of the villa. There is an ensuite bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower.

This air-conditioned bedroom is on the lower level (the same as the plunge pool) and has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.
